​Land Manager

Location: Central London (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to the Head of Land.

• Manages the progression of new grid opportunities from initial concept to legal completion.

• Develops key relationships with landowners and facilitates the completion of land transactions for projects.

• Reviews documents related to land ownership and tenancy.

• Coordinates and conducts site visits.

• Cultivates and sustains strong relationships with landowners.

• Negotiates heads-of-terms for lease options, purchase options, easements, wayleaves, and Agricultural Holdings Act (AHA) surrender agreements.

• Works with the Company’s solicitors and external consultants on due diligence for property transactions associated with projects.

• Keeps informed about land, grid, planning, and legal constraints.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience of working as a land agent or in a land acquisition-based role.

• Educated to degree level (preferably in a property or related discipline).

• Full clean drivers’ license.
