Job description
Land Manager
Location: Sydney or Melbourne
TGRC is working with a global leader in the development, construction, and operation of utility scale renewables plants. The company is growing rapidly and supported by some of the world’s largest infrastructure funds which will help them expand in all areas of clean generation projects. This position will work from project land origination through to managing the acquisition of land rights and real estate initiatives across all their projects.
The Role:
Negotiation of landowner agreements to secure land access within an acceptable commercial framework
Develop and maintain positive relationships with landowners, neighbors, government stakeholders and local communities
Consistent and effective use of project land management systems
Assist with establishing project development budgets and negotiate landholder agreements within allocated project budgets
Your Profile:
Degree in property, planning, business, law, engineering, or an equivalent relevant field
Relevant experience in land acquisition & development and/or landlord and tenant
Understanding of Environmental Planning instruments
Previous experience managing and engaging with rural estate agents
Exceptional interpersonal and negation skills
Ability and flexibility to travel interstate
