​Land Manager

TGRC is working with a consultancy of land acquisition professionals who are looking to add a Land Finder to their friendly, successful, and expanding team. Within this role you will primarily be working remotely, public facing and require meeting with landowners and land agents to discuss the potential promotion of their land and negotiation through to Heads of Terms for a renewable energy project.

Whilst advantageous, the successful candidate may not boast renewable energy experience, as full training shall be given upon appointment. Accomplishment within the role shall be rewarded with progression opportunities, with the company now entering an exciting growth phase to meet the demands of a strong contracted pipeline requirement that benefits from secure investment.

To succeed in this role:

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work as a team player and using own initiative

• Good IT skills, including Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Good organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize competing demands and priorities and meet deadlines

• Be positive, have lots of initiative and a can-do attitude.

• Full UK Driving License
