The Green Recruitment Company are delighted to be working with a leading, international Energy Analytics business striving to achieve global energy transformation - providing market insights & software solutions that support major strategic decisions across the entire energy value chain (including investors, governments, & utilities)!

As part of their continued success & growth, our client is searching for a driven Junior Product Manager to play a key role in their Software Solutions team - proposing product roadmaps for their leading energy storage software, as well as conducting crucial market & competitor analysis!

This role provides the rare opportunity to join a major contributor in global cleantech/renewable markets, while also providing all the training & support required to develop your energy market & product management expertise!

Responsibilities include:

  • Create product roadmaps for their Cleantech & Energy Storage software suite.

  • Carry out market & competitor research to verify product strategy decisions, using existing energy market knowledge.

  • Own & track user requirements & product feature ideas.

  • Work internally with different regional teams to better understand user needs & market trends.

  • Work alongside others in the product team, becoming an ambassador & product champion.

Job Requirements:

  • Working experience within the energy sector.

  • >1 year in a product or research-based role.

  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional environments, managing different products/projects.

  • Good energy market understanding.

  • Interest and enthusiasm towards energy transition and sustainability.

  • Results-driven, with a willingness to learn and develop.

  • Great analytical & communication skills.

Desirables:

  • BESS/Energy storage understanding.

  • Data analytics skills in Python, MATLAB, R, or similar.
