Position Overview: As a Junior Process Engineer, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow while actively contributing to our manufacturing processes for renewable energy components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with senior engineers to develop, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes.

• Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement and cost optimization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and reliability.

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production-related issues.

• Participate in process validation activities and document procedures.

• Embrace and promote safety and environmental compliance in all aspects of work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.

• Strong academic background with a focus on process engineering or manufacturing.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
