About the Position:
A renowned Renewable Energy component manufacturer in Shanghai is seeking an experienced IT Business Partner to join our team. This role involves collaborating with various departments to optimize our technology infrastructure and align IT strategies with business goals, particularly in the dynamic field of renewable energy components.
Act as a liaison between IT and other departments, ensuring that IT services meet the needs of the business.
Develop and implement IT strategies that are in line with the company's objectives and the latest trends in renewable energy technology.
Manage IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Oversee the deployment of new IT systems and software, ensuring smooth integration with existing processes.
Provide guidance and support to IT staff and end-users.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Business Partner or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
Strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
Proficient in English and Mandarin.
