​IP Operation Manager | Solar PV | OEM | Shanghai

The Green Recruitment Company is pleased to partner with a leading Solar Panel Manufacturer and OEM based in Shanghai in their search for an experienced IP Operation Manager. This key role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and protect the company’s intellectual property assets effectively. We are seeking a knowledgeable professional with a strong background in manufacturing and a deep understanding of IP best practices in China and major global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• IP Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage the company's portfolio of patents, trademarks, and other IP assets to ensure they are effectively protected and leveraged.

• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with intellectual property laws and regulations in China and globally, identifying and mitigating potential IP risks.

• IP Strategy Implementation: Support the development and implementation of IP strategies that align with business objectives and drive innovation.

• Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, legal, and business development teams to support IP-related activities and initiatives.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and generate reports on IP activities, including filings, renewals, and enforcement actions.

• Training & Support: Provide training and guidance to internal teams on IP best practices and policies to foster a culture of IP awareness and protection.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, with significant experience in intellectual property management.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, or a related field. Certifications in IP law or related areas are a plus.

• Skills: Strong understanding of IP laws in China and major global markets, excellent organizational and analytical skills, and effective communication abilities.

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the solar panel or renewable energy sector is preferred.

Compensation

• Pay: 60,000-80,000 CNY per month, depending on experience.
