As the main person responsible for photovoltaic transactions in Germany, you will be responsible for the entire process from deal search to closing.
This includes conducting comprehensive due diligence to ensure that all relevant aspects are thoroughly investigated
Your ability to identify and develop new investment areas and opportunities is critical to growing the portfolio and creating attractive investment opportunities.
You are experienced in presenting investment opportunities convincingly and creating well-prepared decision papers
As an expert in negotiations, you take the lead and document and coordinate transactions on the buy side. Contract negotiations and the management of project agreements, including aspects such as construction, operation, project financing and power purchase agreements (PPAs), are also your responsibility.
In addition, you will undertake various tasks related to project implementation, portfolio management, asset management, reporting and market research.
Your financial modelling and quantitative analysis skills are strong and will help you make informed decisions and assess the return on investment
You have a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, renewable energy, finance, law or a similar field of study.
With at least 8 years of relevant professional experience, you bring a solid basis to successfully fill this challenging position.
Your expertise in renewable energy, infrastructure, investment banking, deal advisory and renewable energy project finance enables you to handle complex challenges with confidence
