Currently partnered with a renewable energy boutique investment bank who deliver a full range of advisory services, including M&A, project finance, capital raises, and special situations. My client is committed to the clean energy transition and have key clients across financial institutions, infrastructure funds, strategic partnerships, and leading renewable developers.

They are looking to hire at the Sr Associate / Vice President level and this person would be a go to member of the team throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight on deal execution
• Oversight on Financial modeling
• Manages junior team
• Identify new/expanding business opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in relevant field required; MBA, CFA preferred
• 5+ years of Investment Banking or Big 4 Valuation experience
• Renewable Energy transaction experience required
• Significant closing / technical ability
