As a result, we're now partnering with a leading Global Investment Group and Developer who are looking for additional investment & finance experience to help with their future growth.

As the Investment Analyst the core pillar of your role is to build and maintain complex financial models to support investment transactions and development projects across Australia. You'll also get exposure to the end to end deal lifecycle as you grow in the role.

Your role:

• Prepare financial models for the acquisition/divestment, development and project financing of renewable energy projects based on project-specific characteristics and assumptions.

• Running sensitivity analysis together with the Valuations team.

• Assist in the preparation of investment committee presentations for new opportunities

• Analyse and compare investment opportunities, utilising discounted cash flow and multiples-based analyses.

• Review and assist in the negotiation of investment legal documentation

Your profile:

• Excellent financial modeller – able to develop and construct models, operate and manage them

• Around 2-5 years experience as a guide

• Demonstrable execution and M&A experience in Renewable Energy, Electricity or Infrastructure projects

• Familiarity with Project Finance structures and process

• Experience in Corporate Finance / Accountancy is desirable

• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive and flexible
