The Role:

The successful candidate will be part of the EMEA trading desk for power, traded products, and responsibilities will include:

• Proactively manage the wind portfolio and optimisation positions through trade execution

• Working with trading team, Market Risk & others to develop accurate pricing model to enable scalability of wind portfolio

• Working closely with tech support team and short-term trading desk to deliver IT capability to ensure smooth delivery of off take arrangements

• Support the key account organisation in sales prospects and represent the business as subject matter expert in customer meetings

• Act as back up execution trader for Nordic book

• Production of customer reports and bespoke reports to key stakeholders

The Individual:

• 3-4 years’ experience working within the energy markets – trading experience preferred.

• Nordic energy market knowledge

• Written and Spoken English and Norwegian (preferred)

• Excellent numeracy skills
