​The Green Recruitment Company has partnered with a fast-growing, private equity-backed energy management outsourcing company that is committed to reducing global carbon emissions across the United States. They are growing rapidly and looking for a motivated Energy Performance Engineer to aid in building out their Energy Efficiency team that will manage small to large projects developing energy management solutions for major retailers.

Employment: Direct Hire

Location: Remote

Pay Rate: $100-110K + (DOE)

We have an opportunity for a motivated individual to fill the role ofEnergy Performance Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering directly with customers and their energy providers to transfer their utility services to the client. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to join an established organization that is experiencing significant growth.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in the energy solution field (including certifications such as CEM, CEA, LEED AP)

• 3 to 5 years’ in energy efficiency or energy systems installation/maintenance experience including LED lighting HVAC, or refrigeration systems.

• You will have extensive previous hands-on experience servicing HVAC and Chiller systems. Ideally you will be highly capable at fault find and fix
