The Green Recruitment Company are delighted to have partnered exclusively with a renewables start up business that has grown to around 30 employees in the past few yrs. Their focus is across renewable technologies (EV, Hydro, Solar, Wind) globally. Initially this role will be 2-3 days per week but has the potential to go full time (if wanted) within the first year depending on how the business grows.
The business is now looking to bring in their first HR member to establish processes and oversee all the aspects within the HR function. The role will allow a lot of influence on how you wish to shape the department as it grows with the company.
Establish an HR function for the business & duties involved with this
Implement & develop the HR strategy for the business
Take over on all Recruitment
Implement new processes and manage current benefit programs
8-15yrs of experience in HR
Experience in a renewables business
Ideally experience working in a start up and scaling
