Job title: HSSE Specialist

Location: Hamburg, Germany (On-site)

HSSE Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting risk assessments

  • Creating operating instructions

  • Verifying qualifications and compiling training materials

  • Conducting emergency drills

  • Advising colleagues and management on occupational safety

  • Supporting teams in HSSE during construction and operational phases

  • Assisting in the performance monitoring of service providers

  • Implementing legal and internal occupational safety requirements

  • Continuous improvement of internal and external processes

Your profile

  • University or equivalent education (technician, master) in occupational, environmental, or health protection

  • Qualification as a safety specialist is desirable, preferably also SiGeKo or fire safety officer

  • Knowledge in the construction industry or fields like medicine, emergency services, firefighting, or similar is desirable

  • Willingness to travel within Germany, occasionally to European countries (driver's license required)

  • Good team and communication skills

  • Independent and self-motivated work style

  • Excellent German language skills

  • Good English language skills, both spoken and written
