Job description

​We are a leader in the in renewable energy and grid solutions space. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team and support our most valuable asset: our people.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

  • Oversee the entire hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.

  • Manage smooth onboarding for new hires and offboarding processes for departing employees.

  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure the right talent is brought into the organization.

Performance Management

  • Develop and conduct performance reviews and assist in goal-setting initiatives.

  • Create and manage recognition programs to enhance employee engagement and motivation.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Design and maintain competitive salary structures.

  • Administer employee benefits programs and handle periodic compensation reviews.

Legal Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Draft and manage employee contracts.

  • Implement and communicate policies to align with legal and organizational standards.

HR Policy Development

  • Create and update HR policies to meet organizational and regulatory requirements.

  • Communicate policies effectively to all employees.

Health and Safety

  • Promote workplace safety and ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations.

  • Develop initiatives to support employees' mental and physical well-being.

Office Management

  • Oversee day-to-day office management and operations.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth administrative processes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in an HR role (experience in the energy industry is preferred).

  • Strong understanding of HR principles, labor law compliance, and employee relations.

  • Proven ability to handle recruitment, performance management, and office administration.

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
