London

You will provide key advisory and HR delivery services in two divisions of Infrastructure & Energy (IEG) and Principal Finance (PF). You will partner with the senior leadership teams to support the activities related to the governance, risk management and value creation i

As part of the wider HR team both regionally and globally, you will deliver a people agenda that is aligned with the business groups' commercial aims and overall people strategy and corporate HR principles and practices.

You will have a successful track record in a generalist HR role with strong expertise in Reward or ER advisory, ideally in investment banking, private equity, a renewables developer or an entrepreneurial, high growth, international business. You will be driven and self-motivated with a learning mindset. A team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities, your exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills will see you flourish in this role. You will be experienced in the UK market, and given the remit of the role, exposure to other European countries would be desirable.
