The Green Recruitment Company are delighted to be supporting our client, one of the UK’s top EV Charging start ups in the search for a Head of Operations.

You will be managing the companies rapid charging network across the UK, ensuring top class customer satisfaction through the management of the technical and customer support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of operations and maintenance partners.
• Establish and implement SLA’s.
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders, including the management of hardware suppliers and service providers in the continuous development of the companies charging network.
• Oversee and manage supply chains.
• Oversee and manage department budgets and expenditure.
• Produce reports for executive team as and when required.

Experience required:

• Operations experience with knowledge of the public UK EV Charging network would be hugely beneficial.
• Experienced in managing internal teams and external suppliers.
• You must be data oriented and analytical.
• Developing and managing supply chains.

London based although role will come with a hybrid working structure. Salary £60k-£70k DOE with bonus and benefits.
