Our client is committed to supporting the net-zero energy transition through the provision of a high-quality service. They are now looking for a Head of Commercial Asset Management to join their finance team. London-based role with a hybrid working arrangement.

Duties:

• Banking relationship management with financial institutions

• Mezzanine equity raise for both short and long-term financing

• The ability to develop an in-depth knowledge of the market

• Provide support and advice on Project Finance and Equity related topics

• Management of loan compliance and bank documentation

• Manage a team of two

Skills:

• Confident communicator

• Proactive - a self-starter with a positive attitude to learning and developing

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Ability to question information from a range of sources

Experience:

• Experience working within project finance

• Exposure to renewables is desirable

• A second language (in addition to English) is desirable
