Based in our Shanghai office, you will spearhead our business development initiatives, steering our company towards new opportunities, partnerships, and markets in the renewable energy landscape.

Role Outline

As the Head of Business Development, you will be instrumental in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities. Your strategic approach and leadership will guide the business development team towards establishing new partnerships, entering new markets, and ensuring the sustainable growth of our company within the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the business development strategy, aligning it with the company’s overall objectives.

• Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities in the renewable energy market.

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with stakeholders, clients, and industry players.

• Oversee the negotiation and closure of business deals, ensuring they align with organizational goals.

• Lead and mentor the business development team, fostering a culture of growth and development.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, with a significant portion within the renewable energy sector.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. A Master’s degree will be an advantage.

• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business development strategies.

• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English to cater to our diverse client base.
