Your responsibilities

  • The Grid Engineering team is responsible for creating grid connection solutions for solar, wind, and battery storage projects from the conceptual design to execution across Europe.

  • Contributing to the development and realization of renewables projects at all stages focusing on grid connection and substation topics.

  • Undertaking engineering assessments to define technical specifications, design, and drawings, the overall scope for contracting as well as CAPEX requirements.

  • Having a profound understanding of British engineering norms, and standards, legislation, regulation, related to electrical systems and grid operation.

  • Engaging with DNO/TNOs to secure and develop grid connections.

  • Defining and overseeing external engineering services, as well as the scope of technical contracts. Applying various engineering applications, e.g., Power Factory and AutoCAD.

  • Provide feedback and contribute to continuous improvement in all areas.

  • Flexible working arrangements include working from home and at our office locations in Europe.

Your profile

  • University Degree in Electrical Engineering. (Advanced vocational qualifications and practical experience are considered).

  • Strong/In-depth experience in the field of electrical grid engineering. Solution-orientated working, able to make high-quality decisions.

  • Creative, open-minded individual with a good sense of humor

  • Business fluency in English and Hungarian

  • Independent individual and team player.
