Based in Guangxi-Qinzhou, you will be a dynamic leader, guiding our wind energy division towards innovation, growth, and operational excellence.

Role Overview

As the General Manager for the Wind Energy division, you will be entrusted with the overall management and strategic direction of the division. Your leadership will ensure the successful operation, development, and profitability of our wind energy ventures, driving innovation and sustainability in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning, development, and operational management of the wind energy division.

• Ensure the division aligns with global industry standards, regulatory compliance, and environmental sustainability.

• Drive business development, identifying, and capitalizing on new market opportunities.

• Manage relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

• Oversee financial management within the division, ensuring profitable and sustainable operations.

• Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team towards achieving strategic objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in the renewable energy industry, with a strong focus on wind energy.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field. An MBA or similar will be advantageous.

• Demonstrated experience in managing business units, developing strategies, and driving operational success.

• Proven ability in leading teams, fostering innovation, and achieving business objectives.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
