​Job Title: Financial Controller

TGRC are working with a leading Solar IPP who are seeking to build out their London office. As part of this growth, they are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to oversee the management of their Renewable assets from their London office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As part of the UK team this position will be accountable for the following tasks:

• Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.

• Prepare monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts

• Provide monthly variance analysis and comments on significant deviations from the budget/forecast.

• Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports.

• Develop budgets and financial plans for the company.

• Liaise with the Tax advisor and support in the preparation of various types of local tax returns and compliance (Vat, Income Tax, Intrastat, Withholding taxes).

• Assist in the preparation of the year end statutory Financial Statement.

• Liaise with the external auditors.

• Assist the Managing Director of the Unit in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members.

Experience:

• Fully Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CA/CIMA) Accountant with 4+ years PQE

• Experience within the Renewable Energy/Infrastructure sector

• Any additional language skills are desirable
