​TGRC is working with an innovative company in the renewable energy and storage space to hire a Financial Analyst and Modeler to work out of their New York office.

Responsibilities:

• Financial modeling of renewables and energy storage project

• Construction financing and non-recourse project financing

• Tax Equity and Back leverage

• Scenario analysis with VBA and macros

• Analysis on commercial structure along with various revenue stream

• Financial/physical PPA and hedge agreement

• Wholesale power market including energy sales and ancillary services

• Asset characteristics such as availability and capacity augmentation

• Investment Performance Analysis

• Analysis on corporate performance with various profitability metrics (BEP, IRR, MOIC)

• Optimal capital structure / Cash waterfalls for LLC partnership structure

• Valuation based on cashflow and multiples

• Equity market analysis

Requirements:

• Hands on experience for minimum 5 renewable or energy storage projects

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in accounting firm / financial advisory / investment banking, etc.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize time sensitive work

• Relevant certification (CPA, CFA, CMA, FRM) preferred

• Work experience in multi-national corporate and open-mindedness preferred
