The Green Recruitment Company, in collaboration with a top China-based Solar PV manufacturer, is seeking a Finance Specialist to play a pivotal role in sustaining and elevating the company’s financial health. Based in the vibrant city of Hong Kong, this role embodies a harmonious blend of analytical rigor and strategic foresight.

Position: Finance Specialist

Location: Hong Kong

Salary: HKD 350,000 - 400,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis and Reporting: Carry out meticulous financial analysis and reporting to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting to align financial resources optimally with the company’s objectives.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, both local and international.

• Risk Management: Evaluate financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.

• Collaborative Planning: Work alongside different departments to foster financial planning that is holistic and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certification such as CFA, CPA will be considered a plus.

• 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the manufacturing or renewable energy sector.

• Proficient in financial software and tools to analyze and present data effectively.

• Strong understanding of the financial regulations and standards prevalent in Hong Kong.

• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage.
