Our client, a leading solar PV manufacturer, is seeking a Finance Director to join their team in Changzhou. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and experience in the solar industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth

• Manage the finance team and oversee all financial operations

• Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for senior management

• Develop and manage budgets and cash flow forecasts

• Manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions

• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial strategies with overall business goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

• Experience in the solar industry

• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills

• Excellent leadership and management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
