The Role:

Your tasks 

• Commissioning and repair of energy storage systems in Germany, Austria and Switzerland  
• Technical support and advice to the customer  
• Independent recording of all technically necessary data and documents 
• Significant share of customer interaction with technical expertise and customer service at a high level 
• Self-repair of faults as well as their fault analysis with execution of the repair 
• Creation and revision of maintenance logs and maintenance documentation, procedures and specifications  
• Conception and implementation of product training and certification measures with the associated training of the customer's staff 

The Individual:    

your qualifications 

• Completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering 
• Knowledge of the energy storage market and its installation and handling 
• Several years of professional experience, ideally subject-specific 
• Very good customer-oriented behavior 
• Secure handling of common MS Office and EDP applications 
• Flexibility and reliability, high readiness and willingness to travel and weekend work 
• Work from complex and detailed documents and / or verbal and written instructions depending on the situation 
• Fluent communication skills in German, English knowledge desirable
