Our client is one of the world-leading PV Producer and Technology Group. They are looking for the Executive Vice President to join their EU team.

The Responsibilities of the Role

• Assist the Executive Director and CEO in the company daily operation and management.

• Build up the strategic development, operation management and annual business plan to assure the achievement.

• Keep focus on industry trends and adjust business strategies and policies timely.

• Responsible for the operation and management of its subsidiaries, and guide, supervise, assess and improve the annual/quarterly target plans of each subsidiary.

• Establish and improve the company's unified and efficient organizational framework and system and promote organizational and cultural changes as needed.

• Participate in major business and other important activities on behalf of the Group and handle major affairs of the Company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 10 years of experience in business management.

• Excellent team leadership, and comprehensive management experience in large enterprises or well-known high-tech enterprise groups is preferred.

• Have operation management experience in multi business development and management and be familiar with the development path of entrepreneurial enterprises.

• A keen sense of business, a strong sense of enterprise and entrepreneurship, and excellent leadership, charisma and cohesion.

• Have passion and creativity, clear thinking, strong pioneering ability, decision-making ability and learning ability.
