EV Sales Specialist

€90,000 - €94,000

The Green Recruitment Company is delighted to partner, with a globally leading, energy trading business - to support its energy transition strategy, by identifying a commercially astute, EV Sales Specialist.

This business, have 128 offices worldwide & has committed investment, towards clean technology projects, with EV Charging - front & centre of this strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To seek new business opportunities (including investment opportunities) related to the initiatives of demand creation of EV and core components/systems for EV.

  • To work cross-divisionally and collaboratively with colleagues from other business units, such as Energy, Energy Solutions, Infrastructure Projects, and Chemicals.

  • To identify opportunities and create/develop new businesses.

  • To manage and promote existing and new projects launched.

  • To grasp and summarize information on the latest policies, trends, and market (including mobility/energy policies/subsidiaries of European Commission/national governments, technology trends of EV (Zero Emission Vehicles), and potential partners/customers).

About you:

  • Fluent in English, French, and/or German language skills (spoken, written) for business.

  • Established business skills & experience in new business development.

  • Knowledge of fundamental contract management.

  • Business experience in CN, sector-coupling, and cross-divisional connections (experience in the utilities and mobility industries is assumed, but experience in other industries is also possible; hydrogen-related business experience is even better).

  • It is even better to have a basic technical understanding of EV and fundamental knowledge of finance.

  • Effective business administration presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Educated up to degree level and possible professional or post-graduate qualifications.
