​The Role:

• Taking full ownership of solar EPC projects

• Being responsible for project timeline, costs, quality, and contracts

• Coordinating multi-disciplinary project teams

• Negotiating with external stakeholders and clients

• Ensuring achievement of project milestones and enabling smooth handover to other parties

• Taking decisions on a project level by leading in-depth discussions, solving problems, and understanding risks

• Reporting on project progress, capturing lessons learned and documenting key project information

The Individual:

• Academic degree, preferable in the field of renewable energies or engineering.

• 3+ years of work experience within the renewable energy industry

• Fluent in English & German

• Willingness to travel
