Key Roles & Responsibilities

Building a Strong EPC Team

• Create a robust EPC team to achieve our ambitious goals.

• Oversee Project Management, Procurement, Construction 1, Construction 2, Engineering, Health & Safety, and Project Control.

Developing Work Processes and Structure

• Establish effective work processes, disciplines, and organizational structures to support EPC growth.

• Meet business demands through strategic development and setup.

Crafting Construction Strategies

• Design construction strategies to expand market coverage.

• Lead and build the organization accordingly to execute strategies effectively.

Project Management

• Ensure timely and budget-conscious execution of contracted projects.

• Manage the organization to achieve project goals consistently.

Key Requirements

1. Solar EPC Leadership Experience

• Proven track record leading PM and/or CM in solar EPC projects.

2. Field Crew Management

• Deep understanding and experience in managing self-performing field crews and temporary labour.

3. EPC Business Knowledge

• Familiarity with EPC workflow, organizational structures, and value chains.

• Ability to build and optimize organizational setups.

4. Project Experience

• Hands-on experience with EPC projects ranging from 100-700MW.

5. Site Construction Understanding

• Strong comprehension of site construction and operational dynamics.
