The Green Recruitment Company are delighted to be supporting our client, a rapidly growing renewable energy business in the UK with their EV charging infrastructure.

The client’s mission is to decarbonise the economy and reduce climate change by investing heavily into low carbon emissions. This roles is bespoke software integrations and configurations to onboard assets successfully under management and control.

Key responsibilities:

• Resolving issues with hardware

• Engaging with internal stakeholders & product owners

• Ensuring the practical requirements of new products and services are understood and documented

• High level of customer service needs to be delivered to both suppliers & customers

• Recording & participating in all testing outcomes of new hardware and software in the portfolio to ensure timely installation of products and services

About you:

• Confident personality with an attitude to learn

• Logical and strategic thinking/ approach to problem solving

• Understanding of root cause analysis process and data interpretation

• Taking initiative to work through new or complex problems independently

• Being able to work with the team closely, alongside being able to work effectively independently

• Knowledge if the Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP) (beneficial)

• Awareness of the Electricity Vehicle Industry (beneficial)
