​Our client is an international IPP operating across 8 counties. They develop and supply clean energy solutions based on photovoltaic systems across the entire value chain—from project development and financing to construction, operation, maintenance, and energy management.

Your Tasks

• Analyse electricity markets and assess the impact of regulations on energy markets and electricity purchasing activities.

• Provide regular reports on regulatory developments and electricity market activities.

• Support the initiation, negotiation, and execution of PPAs and other purchase agreements.

• Manage internal and external tenders for power purchase and PPA agreements.

• Assist in financial modeling of offtake structures for specific assets and the entire portfolio.

• Support asset management in power plant operations.

Your Skills

• Degree in business studies with a focus on energy management, trading management, or a related field.

• Several years of experience in energy market analysis.

• Strong knowledge of energy markets, regulations, and emerging trends.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Analytical thinking and strategic planning abilities.

• Fluency in English and Romanian (additional languages are an advantage).

• Team player with the ability to set priorities.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
