The Green Recruitment Company is currently looking or an Electrical Solar Superintendent responsible for coordinating the site electrical construction schedule, execution plan, and managing the daily issues involved during the construction of solar generation projects throughout the U.S

This is a traveling position that requires travel to multiple sites throughout the U.S

Requirements:

• Provides excellence in the management and delivery of the project, in-line with the client’s expectations.

• Schedules and ensures appropriate staffing for daily construction activities with employees.

• Provides information about site activities including accurate install rates for electrical discipline, projected task completion and hazards to the Construction Manager.

• Ensures that transmission line structures - including all foundations and required access - are built as per specification.

• Manages QA for electrical construction.

• Maintains electrical construction schedule, identifies upcoming issues, and solves problems.

• Manages Safety of electrical crews to the highest level.

• Electrical Construction drawing review

• Safety and OSHA requirements

• Contract management

• Sub-contractor and vendor and materials management

• Interpretation of a project schedule

• Electrical installation experience

• Project Management
