Job title: Director of Sales And Business Development

Location: Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland (On-site)

The executive in the role of Sales Director will lead and manage the strategic marketing and business development of the company with revenue and gross margin responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participation in the preparation and execution of the company's industrial and strategic plan and financial budget, specifically focusing on the commercial sector, together with the General Director and the rest of the Board of Directors.

  • Drive revenue and margin growth, increase the number of industrial and retail customers and expand the pipeline network into new profitable areas.

  • Development of new investments, including alliances, joint ventures, and M&A initiatives.

  • Manage and develop new relationships with key stakeholders such as customers, municipal authorities, public and private entities, industrial associations, and institutional entities

  • Direct management of staff reporting directly: commercial and investment manager.

  • Direct management of sales activities with the commercial manager: organizing the sales team through the establishment of KPIs and incentives, recruiting new sales agents, defining and developing marketing activities, and visiting customers and prospects.
