​The Green Recruitment Company are delighted to have partnered with a leading independent power producer focused on developing, building, owning, and operating stand-alone energy storage projects in the US.

The business is seeking a Manager/Director of Finance to join their team to support their growth plans. As the Manager/Director of Finance, you will execute and oversee capital transactions including tax equity, M&A, and equity and project level debt raises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acta as lead on debt and equity raise transactions. Responsibilities include due diligence, structuring, and negotiations.

• Work collaboratively with the development team to provide M&A guidance and support.

• Work with senior leadership to develop internal processes for development, FP&A, and M&A.

• Perform in-depth tax equity modeling, taking into account different financial structures; collaborate with team on internal finance models.

Experience and Qualifications:

• 7-12 years' experience in finance and/or accounting sectors, renewable or power sector experience preferred.

• Tax equity transaction experience required.

• Strong knowledge of project finance, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.

• Experience leading and/or developing a deal team.

• Proficiency in creating and managing financial models specific to renewable energy projects.
