​We are working with a leading Renewable Energy Fund in London who are growing rapidly and looking to expand their team. They are looking to hire a high calibre, senior strategic Finance professional who will work closely with C-level Executives, the role will focus on Finance, Strategy, Business Analysis and Valuation. Package will include a 6 figure base + bonus and shares

This is an extremely important role in the business promoting sound financial analysis across the company. This role alongside C-level to identify, structure and solve some of the most critical and complex strategic issues across the economic and financial structure and business model. The purpose of this position is to take ownership for corporate finance and business analytics, covering business analysis, valuation and strategic planning, in order to improve decision making, and to identify and solve business issues by providing strategic and financial viewpoints backed by relevant analysis of opportunities and risks.

Responsibilities:

- Corporate Finance Strategy and Business Analysis

- Lead the long term business Plan

- Oversight of financial modelling

- Run the Overall Company valuation process (with other teams support)

- Macro, Markets and Risk Management Insights

- Supports the Investment Committee process

- Leadership

The Individual:

- Senior Finance professional with 13 years+ experience, and expertise in roles in corporate finance, valuation or financing of energy or infrastructure projects

- Team player

- Strong leader

- Renewable energy / Infrastructure experience

- Strong Analytical Approach
