Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive strategies that align with the foundation’s goals for environmental sustainability and economic transformation.

  • Manage program budgets and prioritize initiatives that align with strategic objectives.

  • Spearhead fundraising efforts, engaging with a network of global donors to support ambitious program goals.

  • Direct the management of grants, ensuring alignment with program objectives and compliance with organizational standards.

  • Cultivate partnerships across various sectors to leverage collective expertise and maximize program impact.

  • Organize team structures and oversee personnel management to maintain high performance and goal achievement.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Education:

    Master’s degree in energy policy, environmental science, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    Extensive experience in program management within environmental or energy policy sectors.

  • Skills:

    Fluent in both Chinese and English; excellent strategic planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Leadership:

    Proven ability to build and lead teams, fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
