Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead fundraising efforts, engaging with a network of global donors to support ambitious program goals.

• Direct the management of grants, ensuring alignment with program objectives and compliance with organizational standards.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Education:

  Master’s degree in energy policy, environmental science, or a related field.

• Experience:

  Extensive experience in program management within environmental or energy policy sectors.

• Skills:

  Fluent in both Chinese and English; excellent strategic planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
