​TGRC has partnered with a well-established Italian company, that are a fully integrated renewable energy platform. They are actively investing in the development of over 4.5GWp of renewable energy projects across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing the Italian development strategy in line with the corporate and country business plan

• Ensuring the right governance, risk management and reporting is in place to approve the development budget and ensure delivery of project milestones.

• Ensuring projects progress through the development process.

• Managing and leading the Italian development team.

• Managing relationships with stakeholders.

• Staying up-to-date on the regulatory framework and market changes to inform development strategy.

• Responsible for establishing and monitoring the schedule and budget of commercial and utility-scale solar photovoltaic, wind and BESS development projects up to RTB phase.

• Managing consultants and stakeholders.

• Representing the company at conferences and business development meetings as needed.

To succeed in the role:

• 10+ years of relevant experience or in a senior development positions

• Geographical experience across the Italian market

• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Projects

• Understanding of greenfield solar PV, wind and BESS Development processes

• Good knowledge of business development costs.

• Energy markets - knowledge of the market in Italy

• Drive, persistence, and resilience.

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Ability to travel regionally

• Fluent language in English
