We are a reputable recruitment agency representing a leading Chinese Renewable Energy EPC. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Solar PV Design Manager to join our client's team in Uzbekistan.

Role Overview:

The Solar PV Design Manager will be instrumental in overseeing and managing the design of solar PV projects from conception through to completion. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a solid background in solar energy systems and a passion for renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process of solar PV projects, including the creation and optimization of system layouts.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective.

• Liaise with project managers to ensure design specifications align with project objectives.

• Conduct site assessments to inform design decisions.

• Ensure designs comply with local codes, standards, and safety regulations.

• Provide technical support to sales, construction, and procurement teams.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the design process.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in solar PV system design.

• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, PVSyst, or similar.

• Strong understanding of solar technologies, electrical systems, and PV module characteristics.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Mandarin or Uzbek would be an advantage.
