Salary: CNY 300,000-500,000

Our client, a leading renewable energy manufacturer in China, is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Deputy General Manager to lead their BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) division in Guangzhou. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth and success of the BESS division, which develops and manufactures cutting-edge battery storage systems for renewable energy applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the strategic plan for the BESS division, working closely with senior management to set goals and objectives.

• Lead the development of new battery storage products and technologies, ensuring the division remains at the forefront of innovation in the renewable energy sector.

• Build and manage a high-performing team, including hiring, training, and developing staff.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners to drive growth and market penetration.

• Manage the financial performance of the division, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the renewable energy sector, with a focus on battery storage systems.

• Proven track record of successfully leading and growing a business unit or division.

• Strong technical knowledge of battery storage systems, including design, development, and manufacturing.

• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

• Strong commercial acumen, with experience in developing and executing strategic plans.

• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
