Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee accounting, tax, and audit processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting of consolidated financial statements, meeting statutory and stakeholder requirements.
Lead budget development and monitoring, aligning with financial models and business strategies, and provide regular management analysis to support decision-making.
Manage accounts receivable, cash flow, capital injections, project loans, and dividend distributions to optimize fund utilization.
Identify risks early and ensure compliance with joint venture agreements, internal controls, and regulatory policies.
Collaborate with business teams to resolve commercial issues and coordinate communication with shareholders to protect company interests.
Facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and legality, and lead the development of the finance team.
Complete additional tasks as assigned by senior management.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance; CPA qualification is preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or corporate finance within reputable listed companies.
Highly motivated, ethical, and committed to professional integrity.
Strong leadership and influence skills to manage cross-functional and shareholder relationships.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
