Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee accounting, tax, and audit processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting of consolidated financial statements, meeting statutory and stakeholder requirements.

  • Lead budget development and monitoring, aligning with financial models and business strategies, and provide regular management analysis to support decision-making.

  • Manage accounts receivable, cash flow, capital injections, project loans, and dividend distributions to optimize fund utilization.

  • Identify risks early and ensure compliance with joint venture agreements, internal controls, and regulatory policies.

  • Collaborate with business teams to resolve commercial issues and coordinate communication with shareholders to protect company interests.

  • Facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and legality, and lead the development of the finance team.

  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by senior management.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance; CPA qualification is preferred.

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or corporate finance within reputable listed companies.

  • Highly motivated, ethical, and committed to professional integrity.

  • Strong leadership and influence skills to manage cross-functional and shareholder relationships.

  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.

  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
