The Client: 

A multi-national trader of power, gas and renewable certificates; one of the leading players in managing distributed energy generation.

The Continental Market Access unit is responsible for the energy management of assets and market access business across mainland Europe and the UK with strong growth ambitions.The department's systems is responsible for creating a scalable approach to market access activities. As owners of their own Market Access Platform, this client looks to automate and reduce non-value adding process steps in the Market Access Sales and Operation process. TGRC looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to help build the best experience for their business partners and customers.


The Role:

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will:

  • Plan and execute the strategy to unify customer-facing systems into a single suite of tools 
  • Aim to improve the marketing, purchasing, onboarding, billing, and support systems
  • Utilise 'Voice of Customer' skills to develop product requirements and new product proposals 
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product development teams to deliver growth
  • Orchestrate internal and external engineering teams using Agile methodologies 
  • Communicate the new portal releases 


The Individual:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in building and overseeing customer facing products and partner software platforms
  • University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems (etc.)
  • Experience with Salesforce platform
  • Experience on user interface/ experience
  • High interest in renewable energy industry
  • Able to lead time-sensitive, high availability products
