Position Overview: As the Country Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our operations and driving business development in Brazil, ensuring that our solar PV components make a significant impact on the renewable energy landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand our market presence and sales in Brazil.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and government authorities.

• Oversee all aspects of business operations, including sales, marketing, and supply chain management.

• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in the solar energy sector.

• Lead and mentor a local team to achieve business objectives and targets.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Proven leadership experience in a senior management role within the renewable energy or solar PV industry.

• Strong understanding of the solar energy market and supply chain dynamics.

• Legal authorization to work in Brazil.
