Job description

The Role:

  • Build a branch from scratch - find and run first location

  • Prepare and implement of a sales strategy in PV field

  • Hire & onboard new colleagues in a sales team throughout the country

  • Ensure qualification of new colleagues

  • Shape the culture of the new organization

  • Create and implement sales and budget plans

  • Overall management of the branch

  • Ongoing monitoring and analysis of the market and competition

  • Collaborate with stakeholders in Poland

The Individual:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in the PV industry, electricity sales or similar - a necessary condition

  • Very good knowledge of the energy market

  • Focus on results and achievement of sales targets

  • The ability to manage the change process and work under time pressure

  • We require at least intermediate knowledge of English (C1)
