Country Manager Germany - Solar PV
Job description
The Role:
- Build a branch from scratch - find and run first location 
- Prepare and implement of a sales strategy in PV field 
- Hire & onboard new colleagues in a sales team throughout the country 
- Ensure qualification of new colleagues 
- Shape the culture of the new organization 
- Create and implement sales and budget plans 
- Overall management of the branch 
- Ongoing monitoring and analysis of the market and competition 
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Poland 
The Individual:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in the PV industry, electricity sales or similar - a necessary condition 
- Very good knowledge of the energy market 
- Focus on results and achievement of sales targets 
- The ability to manage the change process and work under time pressure 
- We require at least intermediate knowledge of English (C1) 
- Driving license. B
