Position: Corporate Secretary

Company: Singapore-based Renewable Energy Owner/Operator

About the Role:

We're collaborating with a respected renewable energy owner/operator headquartered in Singapore to recruit a dedicated Corporate Secretary. This integral role ensures the efficient administration of the company, particularly with regards to compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company’s statutory registers and official corporate records.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and relevant laws.

  • Facilitate board meetings, draft agendas, and prepare minutes.

  • Liaise with board members, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.

  • Stay updated on corporate governance standards and industry practices, and advise management accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a corporate secretary role, preferably within the renewable energy sector or similar industries.

  • In-depth understanding of Singapore's corporate governance and regulatory landscape.

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Member of relevant professional bodies or institutions.
