​Our client a leading Renewable Energy firm is looking for a corporate finance specialist to deliver the day to day investment banking services. To support the origination and execution of mandated transactions by supporting most aspects of key transaction types.

Responsibilities:

• Support/manage day-to-day aspects of key transactions

• Support creation of client presentations, pitch books, and deal documents

• Participate in internal and external meetings;

• Establish clear, detailed transaction plans, anticipating potential obstacles, and plan how to overcome/accommodate these;

• Development of financial models and/or valuations for financing, and M&A

• Develop and support institutional client relationships on a day-to-day basis

• Support the building of existing, and proactively develop new relationships

The Individual:

• Knowledgeable about the clean and renewable energy sector, including solar PV, onshore wind, energy storage;

• Proactively manage professional development (CFA Program) - paid for by the company

• Background from an Investment Bank, Big 4, boutique or wider renewables company

• knowledge of M&A, project finance, capital placement
