​Join Our Client's Award-Winning Corporate Energy Team who are truly specialists in delivering and assisting with Net Zero and renewable energy projects. They are consistently in the top 10 clean energy M&A teams globally by deal volume.

This opportunity will enable you to develop your renewables M&A experience, alongside support the wider corporate team on general M&A, private equity, and venture capital matters. You'll have the chance to work for a wide variety of renewable clients and will have exposure to a variety of technologies such as wind, solar, battery, AD, hydro, WtE and EVCI amongst others.

What We Require:

  • You will need to be a SRA registered lawyer with at least 5PQE+.

  • Strong academics, coupled with evidence of good quality training and experience gained at a firm with a reputation for high quality Experience of handling corporate transactions.

  • Experience in handling clean energy M&A deals

  • Flexibility to support a broad range of corporate transactions.

  • A strong team player.

  • Excellent interpersonal, client and commercial skills.

  • Adaptable and able to deal with complex, varied work under pressure.
