About the Role:

TGRC, a leading recruitment business, is seeking a highly skilled and professional Contract Manager with expertise in foundations for offshore wind developments. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team working on cutting-edge renewable energy projects based in Kaunas.

As a Contract Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing contractual agreements related to the foundation structures of offshore wind projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all contractual aspects are handled efficiently and effectively, maintaining the highest standards of compliance and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer contracts related to offshore wind foundation projects.

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure all contractual obligations are met.

• Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and review of contract terms and conditions.

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.

• Provide expert advice on contractual matters to project stakeholders.

• Monitor contract performance and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

• Handle contract disputes and resolutions in a professional manner.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Contract Manager in the offshore wind sector or similar industries.

• Strong understanding of foundations for offshore wind developments.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage complex contracts and multiple stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Lithuanian is advantageous.

• Legal or commercial degree is preferred.
