​Community Engagement Manager

Location: Sydney or Melbourne

TGRC is working with a leading developer specialising in the renewable energy systems who are committed to promoting access to affordable, reliable, and sustainable energy for all to further drive a renewable future. This position will provide community engagement and stakeholder management services in relation to client projects supporting the Development Team.

The Role:

• Produce Stakeholder and Community Engagement Plans for projects in development, construction, and operational stage.

• Frequently visit communities surrounding projects, understand issues to be addressed and form or modify engagement actions that position projects as positive and long-lasting contributors to communities

​

Your Profile:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in community engagement, community relations, stakeholder management and renewable energy or relevant other industry

• Experience of implementing community engagement strategies

• Experience at dealing with government stakeholders

• Ability to establish and maintain a social licence with local communities

• Demonstrated track record of community engagement with a spectrum of stakeholders across rural communities
