​Our client a leading European Renewables company are looking for someone to come onboard and work for one of their portfolio companies that acts as a platform to consolidate the investments by 2 of their subsidiaries.The individual must be fluent in Spanish. Salary £80-100k + bonus, based in London.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the reporting consolidation of both strategies and process

  • Monitor that the business plan performance

  • Assess pipeline and performance of the projects under operation.

  • Support on some Valuation of both entities

  • Support the local teams in the financial assessment of new opportunities

Duties:

  • Review reports (Monthly management, Investment activity and board reports)

  • Submission of operational model to the banks as soon as financing is secured

  • Review, jointly with fund investment opportunities presented by the geographies and challenge the assumptions

  • Manage the cash flow of both entities

  • Performing financial planning and analysis, decision support to IC and board

  • Support on the semi-annual valuation of the entities using the inputs provided by the geographies.

The Individual:

  • Min. 7-10 years relevant experience.

  • Must have expertise in updating operational project finance model and perform project valuations

  • Must have expertise in consolidating entities

  • 5+ years in the energy/wider energy/infrastructure sectors

  • Leading the financial statements for multiple entities and supervising the entire accounting structure

  • Excellent commercial skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders on performance

  • Fluency in Spanish and English.

  • Flexibility to travel across Europe when required
